Position Overview: As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the frontline representative for our pet-focused client, providing exceptional support to pet owners. Your love for animals will enhance customer interactions, ensuring that every pet parent feels valued and understood.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction:
    • Respond to inquiries via phone and email regarding pet products, services, and deliveries.
    • Provide knowledgeable guidance on products and services, drawing on your passion for pets.
  2. Problem Resolution:
    • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and understanding.
    • Assist customers with product returns, deliveries, and troubleshooting.
  3. Product Knowledge:
    • Stay informed about the latest pet products, services, and trends in the industry.
    • Share insights and recommendations based on personal experiences with pets.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 12 months of customer service experience essential.
    • Must have Pets (non-negotiable).
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic approach.
    • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • Attributes:
    • A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
