About the Role
We are looking for a driven Junior Recruiter to join our International team. You’ll play a key role in helping us build world-class, high-performing teams by sourcing, screening, and securing quality talent at scale. This is a high-energy role that requires resilience, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver under pressure.
You’ll be trained and supported by our Senior Recruitment Manager, but you’ll also be expected to take ownership of your outcomes, learn fast, and bring a strong sense of judgment in spotting talent that aligns with our culture and values.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Senior Recruitment Manager in bulk hiring of quality candidates for campaign and volume-based roles.
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
Screen CVs and conduct telephonic/video pre-assessments.
Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback.
Assist with onboarding documentation, contracts, and recruitment compliance.
Use recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and digital assessments to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Track candidate pipelines, update recruitment dashboards, and support reporting.
Proactively suggest ways to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (high-volume/BPO experience an advantage).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Comfortable using recruitment platforms, digital assessments, and MS Office.
Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
Energetic, resilient, and passionate about finding the right people, not just filling seats.
A fast learner who thrives in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
